More efficient use of raw materials
High-quality, cut to size timber is particularly suitable for visually and structurally demanding applications. Tailored dimensions make the use of raw materials more efficient, for example in construction and further processing of wood. Tailorable dimensions also enable customer-specific thickness, width and lengths for products.
Meeting the customer needs throughout the World
Westas Group annually produces some 450,000 m³ of spruce and pine sawn timber at its two sawmills located in Koski Tl and Pori. Close to 85 % of the production is exported. The main export areas are Asia, Central Europe and North Africa.
